What you'll do in ThirdSpace

A 5-week online accountability program built around a short, daily check-in that uses science and human connection to make follow-through easy.

Define your goal with a coach

Begin with a 1-on-1 session with a trained ThirdSpace coach to shape a clear, realistic goal.

Join a small, familiar group

You meet with the same 8 people live each day, building trust and community over time.

Meet briefly each weekday

Attend short 25-minute check-ins led by your coach to create structure without taking over your day.

Make consistent progress

Research-backed strategies are provided in each session, so your progress becomes steady, visible, and sustainable.

You don’t have to do this alone.
