Common Questions
Your questions about ThirdSpace, answered.
ThirdSpace is for anyone who wants to make progress on something that matters to them, especially if you've tried doing it alone and struggled to stay motivated.
It’s especially helpful if you’re building new habits, working on a personal or creative project, navigating a transition (like a job search or burnout), or simply craving structure and external accountability without pressure.
If you want support that helps you actually follow through, you’ll feel at home here.
There’s no “right” goal here — and you don’t need to have it fully figured out before joining. If it’s something you care about and you’d benefit from structure and accountability, it’s a good fit.
You’ll start with a 1-on-1 coaching session to help you get clear on what’s most worth working on right now, and shape it into a clear, realistic goal for the program. If you’re feeling stuck, scattered, or unsure what to prioritize, this conversation is designed to help you find clarity before the group experience begins.
Each daily check-in is 25 minutes and follows a consistent, guided structure so you always know what to expect.
A typical session includes:
• a brief grounding or breathing exercise
• quick progress updates and naming your focus for today
• a short guided activity (reflection, tool, or community-building)
• a simple closing ritual to step into your day with momentum
You’re never put on the spot. You share briefly, listen to others, and feel supported by the same small group each day. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s consistent, steady progress you can actually feel.
Before the program begins, you’ll meet 1-on-1 with an expert coach to clarify what matters most right now and shape it into a clear, realistic goal for the five weeks. You’ll also leave with a simple plan for how to approach it day-to-day.
Midway through the program, you’ll have the option of a brief reset session if your goals shift or you’re feeling off track.
Yes, the program is built with busy people top of mind. It takes just 25 minutes a day and is intentionally lightweight but high-impact. Most members say the check-ins actually give them time back by making the rest of the day feel more focused and manageable.
Think of it as reclaiming 25 minutes to invest in yourself.
Missing a session here and there won’t derail your progress. Consistency matters, but perfection isn’t required.
To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, you can miss up to 5 sessions (about 20%) and still qualify.
Yes, many of our members have ADHD or other forms of neurodiversity, and ThirdSpace is intentionally designed to support focus, motivation, and follow-through.
The daily structure and small, consistent group provide gentle starting cues, accountability, and encouragement. You’ll also have access to additional resources outside of the daily check-ins for co-working or deep work, including ThirdSpace facilitator-led Focus Parties and 24/7 body-doubling.
A Focus Party is a deep focus sprint with built-in breaks to help you make meaningful progress on anything — work, school, chores, creative projects, yoga, anything.
We use and recommend two formats:
- 25min focus + 5min break
- 50min focus + 10min break
You set an intention, focus quietly with others, and share progress. It's a simple, research-backed technique that uses a Pomodoro-style rhythm. It’s structured body doubling that makes starting (and staying focused) much easier.
Many members use Focus Parties to:
• reduce procrastination
• get through “stuck” tasks
• make real progress between daily check-ins
• feel less alone while working
We offer facilitator-led Focus Parties at set times, but the space is always open, with members hosting their own sessions throughout the day and week.
Body doubling is the practice of working alongside others to boost focus and make starting easier.
In ThirdSpace, it’s built into the experience through facilitator guided Focus Parties and 24/7 virtual co-working and community channels, one of the most-used parts of the program.
No. ThirdSpace is not therapy and it isn’t a substitute for mental health treatment.
ThirdSpace is a structured accountability and coaching program focused on helping you follow through on meaningful goals. We don’t diagnose, treat, or provide clinical advice. The focus is on daily check-ins, practical tools, and community support for building consistency.
If you’re also working with a therapist or receiving other mental wellness support, many members find that ThirdSpace can complement that work well.
You’re not alone and we designed ThirdSpace with this in mind.
Your group is small and stays the same for all five weeks, which helps familiarity and trust grow quickly. Each guided session follows a clear rhythm that makes it easy to participate without pressure or overthinking.
Before long, it stops feeling like a group, and starts feeling like a team.
Friends and family can help you stay on track once in a while, but it’s hard to keep that rhythm going consistently.
ThirdSpace turns that casual support into a structured, community-driven system. Each session is guided and distraction-free, and your small group stays the same throughout the program, creating real accountability and deeper connection over time. You get the same sense of support, but with the systems, structure, and community that make progress last.
Yes! ThirdSpace is fully virtual. As long as you can commit to your group’s daily 25-minute check-ins, you can join from anywhere in the world.
Yes, if you attend at least 80% of sessions and don’t feel the program helped, we’ll refund you. No hoops, no hassle. We want this to feel like a safe decision.
You don’t pay when you sign up. First, we make sure there’s a spot available for you and match you with a group. Once your spot is confirmed, we’ll reach out to collect payment before the program begins.
We want anyone who’s ready to grow to be able to join ThirdSpace. If the cost feels like a barrier, reach out. We offer discounts on a case-by-case basis, simply get in touch with us through the "Contact Us" page. We’ll do our best to make it possible.
