1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ThirdSpace website, programs, coaching, community spaces, and all related services (“Services”).

By accessing or participating in ThirdSpace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Overview of Services

ThirdSpace is a structured accountability and community program designed to support focus, consistency, and progress on personal or professional goals through:

Facilitated group sessions
Daily or regular check-ins
Community spaces and peer support
Reflection, goal-setting, and learning practices

ThirdSpace is not:

Medical, psychological, or therapeutic care
Mental health treatment or crisis support
A replacement for professional services

Nothing in ThirdSpace constitutes medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

18 years or older
Able to provide accurate information
Willing to follow community guidelines
Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to decline or remove participation at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

4. Participation, Confidentiality, & Community Conduct

ThirdSpace relies on trust, care, and mutual respect.

By participating, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
Avoid disrupting sessions or community spaces
Respect the confidentiality of shared group content
Avoid harassment, discrimination, abuse, or harmful behavior
Follow the rules and guidelines of any platforms used (e.g., Discord’s Terms of Service)

We reserve the right to:

Set boundaries around participation
Remove access to sessions or community spaces
End participation without refund if behavior undermines the safety, integrity, or experience of the community

ThirdSpace includes group discussions and shared spaces. While we encourage confidentiality and respectful sharing, you acknowledge that:

Other participants control their own behavior
We cannot guarantee that information shared in group settings will remain private

Please share thoughtfully and avoid disclosing sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in group settings.

5. Pricing, Payments, & Refunds

ThirdSpace programs are offered as a one-time payment per session. Pricing is listed on our website at the time of enrollment.

5.1. Program Fee

The standard price for the ThirdSpace 5-week program is currently expected to be approximately $250 USD, though pricing may change between sessions.
Payment is due before the program begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may offer discounts or alternative arrangements on a case-by-case basis. These are discretionary and not guaranteed.

5.2. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a money-back guarantee to make joining ThirdSpace feel like a safe decision.

If you:

Attend at least 80% of the scheduled group sessions, and
Feel that the program was not worth it,

You may request a full refund, no questions asked.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the program ending.

5.3. Refund Limitations

Refunds are not available if the 80% attendance threshold is not met
Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts still count toward attendance
Refunds apply only to the core program fee (third-party processing fees may be non-refundable)

5.4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments, Venmo). ThirdSpace does not store your full payment information.

5.5. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

Some ThirdSpace offerings (such as ongoing community access, alumni programs, or future services) may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

If you enroll in a subscription:

You authorize ThirdSpace to charge the applicable fee automatically at the stated interval (e.g., monthly)
Subscription pricing and billing frequency will be clearly disclosed before you enroll
Subscriptions will continue until canceled by you

You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Third-Party Platforms

We use services including Discord, Google Workspace, Airtable, Calendly, and payment processors.
Use of these platforms is governed by their own policies.

We are not responsible for outages or platform issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through ThirdSpace — including session content, frameworks, written materials, and branding — are owned by ThirdSpace or used with permission.

You may:

Use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell ThirdSpace materials
Record sessions or share content without permission

8. Testimonials & Media

We may request permission to use testimonials, quotes, screenshots, or images you provide.
We will not publicly use identifiable content without your explicit consent.

9. Disclaimers

ThirdSpace is not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or professional mental health treatment. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. ThirdSpace is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We make no guarantees regarding:

Specific outcomes or results
Continuous availability of services
Compatibility with every individual’s needs

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ThirdSpace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ThirdSpace (if any) for the applicable program.

We are not responsible for:

Actions of other participants
Platform outages
Your personal decisions or outcomes

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of ThirdSpace is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review it carefully.

12. Modifications to Services

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of our Services to improve the participant experience. Notice will be provided when meaningful changes occur.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms or disrupt the community.
You may stop participating at any time, but no refunds will be issued unless expressly stated.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThirdSpace operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as ThirdSpace evolves. If we make material changes:

Continued participation means acceptance of the revised Terms
